Please do not dispose of cigarette butts indoors. Upon check out it is your responsibility to properly dispose of any butts in the garbage can outside. -neighborhood noise curfew of 10pm, please keep loud noises to a minimum after this time. -when using the outdoor fire pit please always make sure to fully put out the fire when you are done. PETS: CAREFULLY review all pet rules on the listing page & house manual. Dogs are allowed! There is a pet fee of $50. Please add your pup to your reservation at time of booking for your pet payment. When you book a stay with us that includes your pup, you agree to adhere to these basic rules: • To make sure furry friends fit in with other residents, your pups must be house trained to stay here • As someone who allows their pets on the couch & bed, it didn’t feel right to ask my guests not to let their pups feel the comfort of home while their away either. However, I do ask that you please use the doggy blanket provided to protect the couch and the white linens in the bedroom from excess dog hair or any accidents. The dog blanket is located in the living room closet on the shelf in the clear storage bag. • For the safety of your dog and any pets that may be around, you agree to keep your dog leashed at all times while outside unless on the patio. • You agree to pick up after your pet and properly dispose of waste. • Some dogs can feel anxiety in strange locations, so they cannot be left at the rental without you unless they are crated • Since furry friends don’t carry their own wallets (as much as we wish they did) you agree to be responsible for any and all damage caused by your pet We look forward to hosting you and your pups soon!
