There are a few steps leading up to the front porch. Just a heads-up — the laundry area is located underneath the house in the garage and isn’t part of the guest space. You might occasionally hear our staff using it during the day, but never at night. The back gate is shared with the laundry entrance, so if you’re heading to the back patio, you might see a staff member pop by to do laundry now and then.

You have the entire rental except the attached garage which our team uses as a work space. La Dogs are allowed! To make sure that your rental and the public areas are kept to the standard everyone expects and deserves, there is a pet fee of $50. Please add your dog to the reservation at the time of booking for your pet payment. *Any dog at the rental for any amount of time MUST be listed on the reservation.* Additional house rules you are agreeing to by booking a stay with us: • To make sure furry friends fit in with other residents, your pups must be potty trained to stay here •As someone who allows their pets on the couch & bed, it didn’t feel right to ask my guests not to let their pups feel the comfort of home while their away either. However, I do ask that you please use the doggy blanket provided to protect the couch and the white bed linens in the bedroom from excess dog hair or any accidents. The dog blanket is located in the living room closet on the shelf in the clear storage bag. • For the safety of your dog and any pets that may be around, you agree to keep your dog leashed at all times while not in the front or back yard. • You agree to pick up after your pet & properly dispose of waste. • Some dogs may feel anxiety in new locations, and sometimes may tear things up or behave in ways they usually wouldn’t. Please always crate or confine your dog to one space when you are not at the rental. • Please be courteous of neighbors and try to keep any barking to a minimum. You may not leave your pet unattended for periods of time on the patio or in the yard. • Since furry friends don’t carry their own wallets (as much as we wish they did) you agree to be responsible for any and all damage caused by your pet. If you have brought your dog and not paid the pet fee, you may be subject to an additional charge. By booking you are agreeing to the house rules regarding pets, and understand you may be reported by Airbnb if you have not paid the pet fee.
