This beautiful home has a boat dock and lakefrontage right now. We are in a slough and the water level is variable so check in before your stay. We are actually NOT near Leander, we just have a Leander address. We are near Volente and Lake Travis. Enjoy this hilltop spacious home with rustic decor. The home is truly beautiful and the property is huge. There is a big gameroom with pool table and darts. Come Enjoy! Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.

The home has the master and two bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with the main living and kitchen. Downstairs is a giant Gameroom complete with pool table and dart board and two more bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Other Details to Note

The water levels around Lake Travis tend to vary throughout the year, especially near this property because of its location on a slough. If the water levels turn out to be low during the dates of your reservation contact me up to 24 hours prior to your reservation to cancel. Dogs ARE allowed. If you wish to bring your pet, BEFORE booking you must message me and let me know. A one time $50 cleaning fee will be added into the price of your stay if you chose to bring your pet. Dogs must be on a leash when outside at all times. If you bring your dog without messaging me in advance you will still be charged the fee. Cats are not accepted at this rental. I am allergic. Guest can park in front of the home either in the driveway which has room for 3 cars or on the street which also has room for another 3 cars. The driveway is steep.

The house very welcoming and it had a lot of activities my kids could do. It had plenty of space to explore and run around. The view was lovely and better than expected. It is perfect for a large family. I would definitely come back in the future if I were to visit Austin again.

Pictures do not serve the view justice. Great management, great property. We loved it so much we cancelled our plans one day of our trip to spend more time at the Airb&b. 10/10 experience.

the driveway is a bit of a doozy but other than that the house was excellent the beds were soft I really liked it each room had a TV in it they provided the Privacy each of my employees needed would love to stay here again

Leisa was an awesome host who made sure that my family and I were well accommodated. The house was beautiful, breathtaking scenery even though Lake Travis is low right now. The perfect getaway for a couples weekend. I definitely would stay again and I highly recommend.
