The whole house is yours to enjoy. The home is recently remodeled with industrial farmhouse decor and all new appliances. You have the entire home all to yourself. There is another renter on the property so the driveway is shared. The owners also use the garage as storage and drop in and out to get items as needed and maintain the landscaping. We are only a mile from Volente Water Park and even closer to Waterloo Zip line and inflatables water park both on Lake Travis. The Oasis Restaurant overlooking the water can’t be missed when visiting Austin.

Cats are not allowed at this rental. I am allergic. Check the rental carefully upon check in. Pictures are taken between guests to ensure the property is well cared for. If you find something broken or not cleaned well when you check in, please notify me immediately. Also, if anything gets broken while you are there, please notify me immediately rather than waiting until check out. Pets should not be allowed to run free when alone in the house. Pets must be on a leash when not in the backyard. We are not responsible for ensuring that your pet will stay in the backyard. There is a $60 additional fee for cleaning if you bring your pet. No moving furniture around in the house or from room to room. Children must be attended and supervised at all times as the lake is a water hazard and there is currently not a fence between the house and the water. It is advised to bring and wear foot wear when in the water as the lake bottom is covered with zebra mussels which easily cut your feet.

Dogs ARE allowed. If you wish to bring your pet, BEFORE booking you must message me and let me know. A one time $60 cleaning fee will be added into the price of your stay if you chose to bring your pet. When outside, your pet must be on a leash at ALL times except when inside the fenced area. Cats are not accepted at this rental. I am allergic. When the dock is accessible for boating it can be rented for $50 per day while you are staying at the house.
